4. Products and Services

Idaho Fabrication LLC offers a range of specialty automotive and diesel service tools designed for use with specific engine platforms, most notably the 3.0L Duramax diesel engine series. Our current product offerings include, but are not limited to, the following tool categories:

Product descriptions, dimensions, compatibility notes, and images displayed on the Site are provided in good faith and to the best of our ability to accurately represent each product. 5. Pricing and Quotes

All product prices displayed on I-FAB.us are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase. Idaho Fabrication LLC does not offer a formal quote system; all transactions are processed as direct sales through the Site.

Idaho Fabrication LLC does not offer price-matching, retroactive price adjustments, or price guarantees on previously completed orders. In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and notify you promptly.

Where required under applicable Idaho state law or the laws of another applicable jurisdiction, Idaho Fabrication LLC will collect and remit sales tax on your order. The applicable tax amount, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process before your order is finalized.

6. Payment Terms

Payment in full is required at the time of purchase. Idaho Fabrication LLC does not offer net payment terms, layaway, or invoicing for deferred payment. Orders will not be processed, assembled, or shipped until payment has been confirmed in full.

We accept the following payment methods through our secure checkout process:

By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate and complete. Idaho Fabrication LLC is not responsible for order delays or cancellations resulting from declined, incorrect, or fraudulent payment information.

7. Order Processing and Shipping

Idaho Fabrication LLC ships orders promptly and maintains the following standard shipping schedule:

● Same-day shipment is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM Mountain Standard/Daylight Time (MST/MDT), Monday through Friday.

● Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST/MDT, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next applicable business day.

● UPS Next Day Air shipping is available at checkout for customers requiring expedited delivery.

● Signature upon delivery is required. Please make appropriate arrangements to have someone present for delivery.

Shipping schedules may be affected by federal holidays, extreme weather events, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Idaho Fabrication LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate known delays, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates in all circumstances.

Once a shipment has been picked up by UPS or another carrier, Idaho Fabrication LLC is not liable for carrier-caused delays, lost packages, damaged packages in transit, or delivery failures attributable to the carrier. Customers experiencing carrier-related issues are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided at time of shipment.

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Idaho Fabrication LLC will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship the order.

8. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Idaho Fabrication LLC does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, the sale is complete and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

Customers are strongly encouraged to verify the compatibility and suitability of any tool for their specific vehicle, engine, and application before completing their purchase. Product descriptions, specifications, and application notes are provided on the Site to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Idaho Fabrication LLC does not offer a formal warranty on its tools. That said, these are metal tools — built to last. If you're using them the way they're meant to be used, they should hold up for a very long time without issue. That's just the nature of a well-made tool.

What Idaho Fabrication LLC cannot be held responsible for is misuse. Engine timing is a precise and critical procedure. Individual shops and technicians are solely responsible for verifying correct engine timing and for ensuring any tool is being used properly and in the right application. If something goes wrong due to improper use or incorrect application of a tool, that responsibility rests with the person doing the work — not with us.

● Loss of data or loss of use of any system or equipment

● Claims arising from carrier delays, lost shipments, or damage to products in transit

These limitations apply even if Idaho Fabrication LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, Idaho Fabrication LLC's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order with Idaho Fabrication LLC, you acknowledge and accept the following responsibilities:

● Proper Installation: You are responsible for ensuring tools are applied, installed, and used correctly during service procedures. Incorrect application of timing or engine tools can cause severe engine damage.

● Safe Storage: You are responsible for storing tools in appropriate conditions to prevent damage, corrosion, or deterioration.

● Accurate Order Information: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, contact information, and payment details at checkout. Idaho Fabrication LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, or losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Idaho Fabrication LLC will not be held responsible for incorrect orders, misapplication of tools, or any resulting damages where such issues are attributable to customer error, whether in tool selection, ordering, or use.

12. Intellectual Property

The "IF-" product naming series and all associated tool designs and configurations represent proprietary work developed by Idaho Fabrication LLC. No competing product may use this naming convention or substantially replicate the design, dimensions, or trade dress of Idaho Fabrication LLC products without express written authorization.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal purchasing purposes only. This license does not permit you to:
